Your new automated system is a quantum leap in improvement over your previous process. Previously, you ALWAYS made a mistake, rarely provided a proof to guarantee accuracy, and the process took forever - months and months - to get a simple set of business cards.
I would suggest that the client be able to edit their name and e-mail while completing the business card text - this will provide for less need for the client to call you to make corrections, such as to add professional designations....
Congratulations on the overall wonderful new system...
