- How can I register an account?
You have to go to our site through your company name.
Example: saab.buyabusinesscard.com. Then on the left hand side you click on Register to be able to register to our site directly to your company.
- I did register. What do I do next, I can't login?
Once you did your registration, an activation code will be sent to your email, this code was made to secure your account as well as to make sure that your email address was spelled right. Once you clicked on that activation link then your account will be active and ready to login.
After, you can go directly to our website at
http://www.AGOrder.com and login from there.
- I did logged in and filled my information, how do I place an order?
Once you filled all the information you need to appear in your business card, then go to BUSINESS CARDS ONLINE > 'Make Order for Me', from there you will need to specify the quantity you need along with your PO number and single or double sided business card.
- I do need a double sided business card, but I can't find it in the list.
You will not be able to choose a double sided business card unless you fill all the Arabic information needed. Go to 'My Profile' and fill all the Arabic Information, update your profile then try to make an order.
- I am trying to make an order, but I can't select double sided?
To be able to select a double sided business card option, you must fill the following information in 'My Profile':
Arabic Name.
Arabic Position.
Arabic Address.
Arabic City.
- I want to print a business card for an employee not for me, what should I do?
You need to fill all of your personal information by clicking on 'My Profile'. Once you are done, click on 'Sub Profiles' to upgrade your account.
- I can't edit my name or my email, what should I do?
If you need to edit your Full Name or your E-mail, you need to contact us so that we can help you.
- The number of characters the system is allowing me to type is too short, what should I do?
unfortunately, nothing can be done about it, we created this system to make the process of doing the business cards fully automatic. So the only way we can provide the ultra fast delivery time is by doing it this way.
So please try to make abbreviations. Example: using A. for the middle name instead of Abdulhameed, and so on.
- I can't find a place to put Saudi Arabia in 'My Profile' or in 'Sub Profiles'?
Saudi Arabia, will be added automatically on the card, as well as Saudi Arabian Oil Company, so don't worry about it, check the preview before you submit the order.
- I am filling the city and the zip code on the same field, is this correct?
No, you have to fill the city only where the city field is and fill the zip code only where the zip code is, and the system will put them beside each other.
- Where should I put the Arabic Zip Code?
You don't need to fill the Arabic zip code anywhere, the system will use the Arabic zip code by taking it from the English one.
- On the Address / P.O. Box do I type just the P.O. Box number?
No, if you are going to use the P.O. Box as an address then you have to type it as 'P.O. Box 12345' and not just as '12345'.
- Do I need to fill all the information every time I need to make an order?
No, that's the beauty of this system, you just need to fill the information once, and every time you are going to order you just need to make sure that all the information is still up to date, then submit an order.
